Here, you'll find the peace and rest you need to charge your batteries for your upcoming adventures. - Fully equipped kitchen: Enjoy cooking in a modern and well-equipped kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils: pots, pans, cutlery and plates. The cooking hob, fridge and washing machine are at your disposal, giving you maximum comfort and independence. - Spacious bathroom: In our spacious bathroom you will find premium products for body hygiene, a bathtub with modern shower to relax and refresh you and a washbasin with a generous mirror to prepare for each day in style. - Balcony with View: Look at a little green area on our delightful balcony. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire space throughout their stay. However, in certain circumstances, such as emergencies, organizing parties, or receiving complaints from neighbors, there is a possibility that our team may need to enter the listing. This can happen especially when guests are unavailable. We want to assure you that we will do our best in order to let you know in advance in the event of such situations. Other things to note • We ask that each reservation include the correct number of guests, whether they remain throughout their stay or just a part of it. Penalties may apply otherwise • Please note that since the building has only 4 floors, it does not have an elevator, so guests must use the stairs to the apartment. • If you book for commercial purposes (e.g. for photoshoots), please notify us in advance with the details of your use of the property as the terms and prices may vary.
