Basement apartment w/own bathroom/living room in a quiet townhouse. Your space has double bed & a memory foam mattress, closet, a dresser, small work desk, refrigerator and microwave for your convenience. Ring doorbell outside property. Designated carport parking spot included. Great location: 10 min. walk from Frontrunner, 5 min. from I-15, UTA bus stop a block away, 30 minutes from Sundance Resort, and a 15 minute walk to Downtown. **additional bedroom available ask if interested. The space You'll have your own space downstairs—bedroom, bathroom, and living room (which can accommodate up to 1 additional guests - note there is an extra charge for that) via a pullout couch or extra bedroom (ask about it). It has wifi, it's own small refrigerator and microwave. It has an extra heater and a fan in the bedroom closet for your convenience. Additional guest might need get to the washer and dryer that are in the bathroom in the basement but I will let you know when they need to use them to respect your space. This accommodation will not work for you if you have your own furniture or too much "stuff" that won’t fit on a regular size closet, bathroom cabinet and dresser. There is no extra storage available. If you are planning on a long term (more than a couple of weeks) stay make sure you are aware that things are a little different, you provide all your toiletries. If you stay months at a time there is the option of having my cleaning lady clean your bathroom for an additional charge or you can help keep it clean. You will have access to cleaning supplies to help you with that. You are welcome to use the kitchen utensils, pots and pan, and plates but you must provide your own food, spices and condiments. There are rules to follow when using the kitchen, make sure you read over them! I keep my house tidy and I ask you to do the same. The dishwasher doesn’t work, so you’re expected to wash, dry and put away dishes as soon as you are done using them. (Refrain from keeping any of my dishes, utensils or kitchen equipment in the basement or in your car there are a couple of them in the basement.) There is a cabinet where you can store some of your food if needed. If something is not clear about the rules or information provided please ask before booking to avoid misunderstandings. Guest access Your bedroom, bathroom, and a small living room are in the basement so you will use the main and shared entrance. You're welcome to use the washer and dryer during your stay which are also in the basement. You can have access to the kitchen but I ask that you clean after yourself and use your own food. During your stay I enjoy meeting new people but I also really value and respect my and your own privacy and space. I'm open to give you suggestions of activities or places to eat if needed. Other things to note I have a second home and sometimes we might not be around in this house and will have other guests upstairs but I'm always a text or call away.
