Duca D'Aosta Terrace is a suitable offer for those who prefer to enjoy their vacation in complete autonomy, without sacrificing luxury and comfort. It is located in a strategic position that satisfies both sea lovers and those of nature and the mountains. Great starting point to discover the wonders of Sicily, and visit the cities of art such as Cefalù, Palermo or Taormina, go hiking on Etna, discover the beauties of the Nebrodi Park or the Aeolian Islands. The space The apartment consists of two double bedrooms, the King and the Queen, furnished with hypoallergenic beds, custom-made by local artisans, with 30 cm high memory mattresses and equipped with Smart TVs. Both rooms are adorned with antique majolica tiles from Santo Stefano di Camastra, hand-decorated by the artists of Santo Stefano and expertly recovered from noble homes in Brolo and San Marco d'Alunzio, later "laid" by local craftsmen as headboards on the beds. THE MAJOLICA The majolica and ceramics of Santo Stefano are the most characteristic elements of the apartment; they have been used to decorate the kitchen, bedrooms and in different corners of the terraces. THE BATHROOM The fully renovated bathroom has a window, new flush-to-wall fixtures, a bright mirror, and a large glass shower enclosure. (Hairdryer). THE KITCHEN A cozy and bright kitchen-living room, overlooking the village on one side and access to the terrace on the other, is equipped for every eventuality. A selection of wines and champagne will always be available to guests. Breakfast can be eaten both in the living room and in the cool of the terrace. SOLARIUM AND PANORAMA The main attraction of Duca d'Aosta Terrace is the large terrace-solarium, located on the fourth floor with a spectacular sea view, from which you can admire the Aeolian Islands, in order, Alicudi, Filicudi, Salina, Lipari and Vulcano, as well as a 360-degree free view of the town and the entire coast up to Capo d'Orlando, San Marco d'Alunzio and Monti Nebrodi. The terrace-solarium has been designed to spend moments of relaxation and pleasure: lying in the sun in the comfortable sunbeds is what our guests like, cooling off with the shower admiring the view, enjoying romantic aperitifs at sunset, watching a red sun slowly descend below the horizon, and in the evening elegant dinners with sea views. Mini private pool with jetted tub, usable only in late spring, summer and early autumn (from May 1 to October 31). Two-seater infrared sauna, with ceramic heating elements, seven-tone chromotherapy, Bluetooth reader and speakers, aromatherapy with perfume diffuser and oxygen ionizer, and adjustable temperature up to 57 degrees. The entire apartment, the two panoramic terraces, the mini-pool and all other amenities are all for the exclusive use of guests, without any sharing with third parties.
