"The Yellow House" is located on the listed Fischerinsel, two minutes from the water on a quiet little street. It has been lovingly decorated and has an idyllic terrace with a small garden. The space The former fisherman's house has about 75 square meters of living space and extends over two floors and an attic. The ground floor consists of a living room open to the kitchen and dining area with a sofa bed for two people. An internet-enabled flat-screen TV (no private channels, Amazon Firestick available), a DVD player and a stereo system are available. In the well-equipped kitchen you will find a 4-burner gas stove, an electric oven, a dishwasher and a fridge-freezer. In the hallway, there is a small storage room and other storage options. Upstairs there is a cozy bedroom with a large double bed (can also be separated) and adjacent an open small room with reading and work space. The bathroom with tub and integrated shower, toilet, sink and washing machine is also on the upper floor. A steeper ladder leads to the cozy attic. There are three sleeping places where slightly more separate younger people or children can sleep (low ceiling height). The living-dining area is preceded by an idyllic courtyard, which is formed by the yellow house with the main house. Guests have their own cozy terrace at their disposal. General notes Our cottage is a non-smoking house - however, you are welcome to smoke on the terrace. Free WiFi available. The house is not recommended for people with mobility problems due to the steep stairs to the upper floor. The house can comfortably accommodate four people in the living/dining area and on the terrace. There are a total of seven sleeping arrangements available, which can be used according to individual needs. Bed linen and towels can be brought along or rented for 9 EUR per person as a package. Kitchen linens and a bath mat are provided. Other things to note Wi-Fi available. An inflatable boat for up to 4 people is available for our guests. SUPs for children and adults can be rented from us. A highchair and crib will be gladly provided free of charge. The house offers a total of 6 sleeping places, but is designed for 4 people. In exceptional cases, occupancy of more than 4 people is possible; a price will then be agreed upon. Please bring bed linens and towels. Alternatively, both can be rented as a package for €9 per person. Temporary stays are possible; prices on request.
