Possibility is available for an additional 2 beds (plus children in bunk bed) in the "Lill cottage" at an extra cost 500 SEK/night. NOTE. Bed linen and towels are included by guest. Family and cozy with the forest close by. 2 km to Järvsö center with ICA shop, restaurants and activities such as Järvzoo, Järvsö Mountain Bike Park and Järvsöbacken. 800 meters to Hotel Järvsöbaden with restaurant and cozy spa/relax. To the longitudinal paradise Harsa can be reached in about 15 minutes by car (13 km). --- Perfect for one or two families. Homey and cozy house with beautiful views overlooking the valley, and with the forrest just around the corner. Within 2-3 kilometers (3 min drive) you'll find: - Ski resort Järvsöbacken (downhill bike park during summer season) - Järvzoo - Nordic wildlife park/zoo - Hotel Järvsöbaden - hotel in traditional setting from 1935 with restaurant and a cozy spa/relax - Järvsö town centre - grocery store and a few restaurants Cross country skiing in Harsa is a 15 min. drive from the house. Guest access The cottage has three bedrooms with double beds in all. Fully equipped kitchen (stove/oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and microwave) and dining room. Living room downstairs with a large cozy sofa, tiled oven, TV and apple-TV. TV room upstairs with sofa, fireplace, TV and apple-TV. Toilet with shower upstairs. WiFi is available. In the house there are also some board games that you are welcome to borrow. The cottage (extra 500 SEK/night) has a large room with a double bed (there is also a bunk bed that children can sleep in). However, there is no bathroom in this building so you have to share the bathroom in the living room. ---- The main house has three bedrooms, one with kingsize- and two with queensized beds. Fully equipped kitchen (stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee brewer etc.), dining area, living room (downstairs) with TV, Apple TV and a fireplace (tiled stove). TV-room (upstairs) with TV, Apple TV and fireplace. Bathroom with shower. WiFi. Guests can either bring their own towels and bed linen, or it can be rented for 150 SEK/person through resort service. Please let me know if you wish to rent towels/linen before your arrival. If needed there is room for two more people in a separate guesthouse (kingsized bed) for an extra 500 sek/night. There is also a bunkbed which sleeps 1-2 kids. Note that there is no bathroom in this building so you'll need to share the bathroom in the main building. Other things to note The house is located on a hill that makes it a bit difficult to drive up the rather steep hill in winter. There is a small, simple garage at the driveway. In case of lightning, please drive up as far as the road goes on Per-Jons hill which is not as steep. The house is located on the farm straight ahead where the road ends.
