VILLA CHRISTINA A MAISONETTE WITH SPECTACULAR VIEW

Kea is the nearest cycladic island to Athens, only one hour boat trip from Lavrio port. The maisonette is located in a complex of maisonettes just above the main village of Ioulis (Chora) which is approximately 10 minutes driving distance from the port and 15 minutes from the nearer beach. It is an ideal place to accommodate couples, families with kids and friends. It comprises of three levels and it is set amongst beautiful gardens. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom. On the lower floor there are two bedrooms with two queen size beds and a bathroom. There are terraces outside the ground and first floors with spectacular views of the landscape of the island and Aegean sea. Beautiful sunsets can be enjoyed. There is a dining table with six chairs. The location is very convenient as it is in the center of the island and it is 10-15 minutes drive from the major sandy beaches and the port and 10 minutes walk from the viallge of Ioulis. There is a parking for one car outside the block of maisonettes. Christina Villa is only 10 minutes walk from Ioulis’s central square (Chora), through a path starting inside the building complex, where you can find shops, cafes and enjoy your dinner in the traditional restaurants with tasty Greek dishes. There is a mini market and a bakery shop around the corner as well as a top restaurant "To spiti". There are beautiful trecking paths (signposted) to enjoy the beautiful nature of the island including one that takes you to Karthaia where there are ancient ruins. Another treck, that can start from Villa Christina, will lead you to the Lion of Ioulis which is the emblem of the island.
