Black Horse - Warm & cosy country cottage

A small, one bedroom semi detached cottage on a no through road in a quiet village with parking outside the cottage. The cottage has modern comforts with free Wi-Fi and is suitable for work or leisure and is close to Lincoln and Lincoln Bypass. It is on the same road as the village pub which serves excellent meals and is opposite a public footpath to Hanworth Country Park and restaurant where there are walks around the lakes. We only accept a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children. Sorry no dogs. The space Downstairs the cottage has a lounge and kitchen with a dining area. It is fully equipped with TV, Firestick, fast Wi-Fi, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Electric Oven/Hob. A selection of basic breakfast items will be provided. The stairs lead to a large bedroom which has a king size bed. A 'Z-bed' and single sofa-bed for children are available. There is an en-suite bathroom that has a full size bath with a shower over it. The cottage has central heating and an electric heater is also provided. Please note that there is no garden with the property. Guest access Black Horse Cottage is part of a larger property and we live next door. It has its own entrance and guests can usually park directly outside the door. Other things to note All bedding, towels and kitchen linen are included. We also supply some dishwasher and washing machine tablets to get you started along with washing up liquid and hand soaps.
