Pool Villa Panormos

A luxurious country house for family vacation with all comforts. Spacious (400+ sqm) and autonomous, situated on a hill of the small village of Panormos, only a few meters away from the beach, our house can provide a combination of experiences for all ages always in the context of quality family vacation. A place where you can escape and enjoy the seclusion and serenity of a village or have big family BBQ while your kids enjoy themselves in the pool or playroom. Sounds ideal doesn't it? The space The house is built on three levels. On the main floor there is a spacious living room next to a fully equipped open kitchen and dining area as well as two double bedrooms (AC on both) and two bathrooms. Passing through the kitchen you will reach the garden area. A spacious garden with a tendered lawn, small trees and flowers, various rest areas and a swimming pool situated in the center of it. You can either sit and relax on our wooden Gazebo next to the pool or get yourself tanned by sitting on one of our sunbeds. If you want you are always welcome to use our stone built BBQ and prepare a meal for your friends and family to savour in the outdoors dining room next to it. Feel free to also grab a book from our collection in case you finished your summer readings in the Gazebo while the kids play. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom equipped with its own bathroom and AC. A majestic bed to wake up in the morning with the sound of birds and waves as well as a spacious balcony with the stunning view of the village and the Corinthian Gulf. In the basement area there is a double bedroom, the kids room, a bathroom and the playroom. The kids room has 6 beds organised in a bunk bed style was always our kids favorite since they were not separating from their friends even when they went to bed. In addition the playroom next to it, designed and equipped by our kids for yours, is a place offering a range of toys and board games to entertain a young kid. Bare in mind that the basement during summertime has the ideal temperature so there is no AC needed. During the winter, all rooms are equipped with heaters to make your stay warm enough. Guest access It is a 2.5 hours drive from Athens which is the closest airport and less than 2 hours from Patras which is the closest big harbor. In any case the easiest way to travel to our village is by car. Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTE - COVID19 We would like to inform you that we are taking all the necessary actions required to ensure your safety during your stay. The houses disinfection and sanitation is of great importance for us. There is always at least a 24 hour gap between reservations. Hand sanitizer will be given to you upon arrival. Also bare in mind that the house is autonomous and secluded and you can have your privacy and social distancing. Finally, the closest hospital is 30 minutes away in the town Amfisa.
