Decor is updated and has a bright and airy beach cottage feel. Very comfortable bed & sofa, kitchen and bathroom recently renovated, & brand new front door and central air. Your home away from home! The space ***Please Note *** Sorry we do not rent to senior week students, no exceptions. We can only rent to responsible adults aged 21 and over who will be staying with their accompanying guests and/or children. Great use of space in this 400 square foot, 2nd floor walk up (one flight of stairs) in this quiet, 2 level, 8 unit building. There are 3 other small buildings for a total of 18 condo units in our group and that use our parking lot. 5 minute walk to convention center and we have a partial view of their parking lot from balcony. One parking space per unit, assigned parking spots. Recessed lighting, granite countertops in kitchen and bathroom. Tiled bathroom, roomy stand up shower with hand held shower head and teak bench. Kitchen has tiled backsplash, under cabinet lighting and ample prep space. Ample cabinets in fully stocked kitchen (utensils, glasses, dishes, pots and pans, toaster, regular coffee maker and a Keurig, blender). Keep your items in cubby in living room and in the bedroom drawers and closet. Full size built in microwave and full size fridge with ice maker. Large, super comfortable, Braxton Culler sectional sofa with pull out double bed. Upgraded WiFi, 50” smart tv and DVD player. Beautiful, refinished, original hardwood floors in bedroom and queen size bed has memory foam mattress with comfy mattress topper. Large, open shared balcony out front. We have a glass patio table right outside the front door with 4 chairs where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee or a cocktail while watching the sunset! Patio umbrella for shade has led lights and switch for them on pole of umbrella. We provide pillows, blankets, sheets and towels! We have dish soap, a sponge and dish brush for cleaning dishes and a towel for drying them. I will also provide starter amounts of toilet paper, paper towels and 13 gallon trash bags, but please be prepared to pick up more of your own if needed. The Dollar Tree on 128th St or in the West OC outlet mall has great prices on these! Guest access Guests can access the entire condo, shared balcony and shared laundry room. Registration Details 61700
