Located in the famous area of Alyko and built next to the cedar forest and its dunes, an area that has its own undeniable uniqueness. The combination of green and blue provides the ultimate backdrop for relaxation, which many travelers select in order to experience rejuvenating holidays in a tranquil setting. The space The top floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances, a microwave, a cappuccino machine, a washing machine, an oven and a luxury fridge. It also has a spacious dining area, a living room with a fireplace and a covered terrace with a breathtaking view. The below level where the main entrance is contains a large dining and living room with a terrace leading to the outdoor barbecue area, garden and swimming pool. The ground floor consists of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a rain shower. Finally the huge basement consists of 1 bedroom with a dressing room (walk in wardrobe) and a uniquely designed bathroom with a rain shower.
