Family or group gîte at Château de Coyolles

The village of Coyolles is 5 km from Villers Cotterêts, 75 km from Paris (N2), 40 km from Disneyland and Parc Astérix, 14 km from the amazing Château de Pierrefonds. GR11 500 m away. 1.8 hectare park. A renovated and furnished group cottage offers a maximum of 15 beds. On the ground floor, living area, one bedroom with 2 single beds, shared bathrooms. For your information, special attention is paid to cleaning. (general disinfection/washing of linen with a specific disinfectant). IMPORTANT: Following repeated damage to the gîte, I only accept guests with positive reviews, if possible over 25 years old, and who commit to respecting the premises and not creating noise outside, especially after 10 p.m. A deposit check of €500 will be requested upon checking in and canceled the following Tuesday after the complete cleaning of the vacation rental. NO EXCESSIVE PARTIES, THE GITE IS NOT A NIGHTCLUB. The park is at your disposal and the forests are passable, including the Retz forest. 500 meters away, the GR 11. I can recommend my favorite restaurants and book for you if needed (delivery or takeaway). You can also visit local producers. Everything will be done to accommodate you in the best conditions and so that you can change scenery, recharge your batteries and enjoy your stay to the fullest. Any questions just ask me. Including on the GROUND FLOOR a living area with open-plan kitchen (cooker/American fridge/dishwasher/microwave/oven...), sitting area with wood-burning stove (for cool evenings), collective bathrooms (two cabins with Italian showers, a PRM area with Italian shower, raised toilet, sink, separate toilet, cabinet with 3 sinks. One PRM accessible bedroom with two single beds. All overlooking the park through large bay windows. ON THE 1ST FLOOR: a large dormitory with 11 single beds and a double bed with bedside tables, racks, screens... Attention - the access staircase is rather steep - the dormitory is not ideal for young children because the staircase upstairs is not closed. The gîte can accommodate up to 15 people in total (a double bed and a mattress on the floor in the dormitory - extra €15 per person per night to be paid on site beyond 12 people). In the common areas, 2 additional toilets with sink (in frost-free period). Vehicles are parked within the castle grounds. Picnic tables in front of the cottage in season. No parties or excessive noise outside after 10 p.m. to preserve the calm of the place. On the other hand, the vacation rental is very well insulated, so no worries about music even late inside. Check-in from 3 p.m. - Check-out at noon. If you wish to check in early and check out later, if this is possible and after agreement, a flat hourly rate of €15 will be payable on site. New bedding. FIBER OPTIC AND TELEVISION IN THE LIVING ROOM CORNER Guest access During your stay, you can enjoy the park, relax, visit the chickens... Two picnic tables are at your disposal. Barbecue. (provide charcoal - small wood on site) Sales of eggs, homemade jams, local honey, champagne... Provide cash if necessary. Other things to note PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION OF THE ACCOMMODATION BEFORE BOOKING OR REQUESTING INFORMATION. No parties causing significant noise. Please keep noise down outside after 10 p.m. No ball games around the castle and common areas. An old tennis court at the bottom of the park can accommodate your ball games. The kitchen must be left clean, i.e. dishes washed, pots cleaned and stored. Furniture must be put back in place if necessary. Eco-friendly stay: selective sorting - compost - leftovers for chickens. On sunny days, towels can be hung outside. Please turn off the lights when you are not there, and in the dormitory and bathrooms when there is no one there. BEFORE LEAVING: remove duvet covers (inside out), fitted sheets and pillowcases. And leave them in a pile in the airlock on the ground floor. This has the advantage of significantly reducing forgetfulness; DO NOT REMOVE BED LINEN FROM UNUSED BEDS - thank you - or mattress covers, blankets and cushion covers.
