The space This house is located in true natural paradise. You will love this place if you love nature, peace, picturesque views from terrace, sauna, walk in the forests, beach, picking berries, mushrooms or just read a book in a hammock. People come to stay here for weekend but end up staying for weeks. You will have 3 separate rooms to sleep – common area has a proper queen bed and doors can be locked, so people can use kitchen and toilet without entering the common area where the bed is located. The kitchen is well equipped for all kinds of cooking. It also has washing machine. House is suitable for 3 couples with children. We have a lot of toys for the children. We have the river on our grounds, that is the best fishing river for Salmon and Trout in Estonia. In hot summer days you will enjoy swimming in the river and feel the fresh water cooling you after sauna. Having the sauna and river beside it will be one of the most magical experiences in your life. !!! We are currently renovating the sauna and expect it to be to finished by summer. If you wish to have the sauna, please inquire before booking to make sure it is available. During your stay there will be no noise due to renovation. !!! Sauna is heated with wood and we offer it with extra fee, however one heating of sauna is included in the price when staying 4 nights or longer. Please inform us if you wish to have sauna for heating takes 2-3 hours. Wonderful Shiatsu - acupressure massage therapy is available right here by professional therapist. We have 3 places to make fire outside and a fireplace inside in the common area. The small barbecue device is available too. There is no tv, instead plenty of time for good conversations and meditation. The house itself is old and basic, although with new beds and cleaned properly. Still be aware that it isn’t like hotel but rather a country house. Mosquito nets are available over the beds and also in some windows. You should be ok with creatures from nature like flies, ants, mosquitos, wasps, bees and bats outside. In the daytime there are no mosquitos outside but in the evenings sometimes are. On the other hand you will see deer here and otter and beaver in the river (if you are very quiet). During cold season when the temperature outside is close to zero degrees the bedroom 2 upstairs can be heated to only 17-18C. The common area and bedroom 1 are warm (20C and more if needed). We have warm feather blankets for sleeping during cold season and lighter ones during summer. Guest access The whole house is for your use. Other things to note Smoking only outdoors in the garden or in the terrace. Fine for smoking inside is 100 eur. Shoes have to be taken off inside the house. Please do your own dishes. No need to vacuum clean, mop the floors or remove the linen - this is included. Please leave the house as it was on your arrival and return the used items back to their places. Intelligent parties are welcome but we don’t allow load noise and tons of alcohol because we respect nature and want to avoid the damages and causalities in our property. For parties we take 200 eur deposit. Furry friends are welcome! Please bring for furry friend own beddings. Please don´t allow dog or cat to sleep in bed - if it happens, we need to buy new linen and charge you the cost (and give you the used one) to ensure clean bed for next guest. For same day reservations with instant booking there is 3-5 hours preparation time. The sauna is with additional fee. It takes 3 hours to heat the sauna, so please inform us few hours in advance if you would like to go to sauna.
