Retro decor, wood, naturally. 2 separate double bedrooms, a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom and an additional toilet. TV. WiFi. Work area. No smoking inside The space A quiet, peaceful place to relax, surrounded by fields, forests and water. Cycling and walking paths, a city beach, a picturesque promenade in the center of Nowe Warpno with a lookout tower, and a yacht marina. The sidewalk at our house leads directly to the center of Nowe Warpno - 4 km. There is a bicycle path nearby that also leads to the center of Nowe Warpno. About 800 m away there is a bicycle path through the forest to Germany to the town of Rieth. It is possible to walk - Nordic Walking or cycle to and from AltWarp - you can sail in either direction. Szczecin is 30 km away. Guest access The entire cottage with a garden is at the disposal of the guests, excluding a small fenced part with a utility house. The plot is fenced. The area from the water side is reeds and a narrow wooden (made of boards) natural access to the water. This is a natural area, a reserve, wild, it cannot be heavily cut, reeds grow along the entire access to the water. Swans, ducks and other birds live in the reeds. A floating wooden, natural jetty, at high water level can be flooded. The water at the jetty is very shallow, with a muddy bottom. You can go out on the lake, but more pleasant water for swimming with a gentle and comfortable entrance is about 100 m from the cottage. It is open to the public. The cove by the jetty is overgrown with reeds. From the pier you can comfortably enter kayaks or a surfboard. The garden is natural, the grass (if there is a drought, the grass can be dried) and the plants are a bit wild, in the English style. A mobile grill is available - you must have your own charcoal. Cast iron fire pit - please do not move it due to the risk of fire. You must bring your own firewood. In summer, a HAMMOCK hangs under the birches - perfect for relaxation. In the autumn and winter, when it is wet outside, there is no hammock. Large wooden garden bench - natural, rough, stained. A coffee table and 4 garden chairs. 2 sun loungers. Upon request, we can provide additional sun loungers if available. Fruit from fruit bushes and herbs in the garden are available to guests. Two 2-person kayaks are available for guests. At night, the kayaks must be removed from the water and put in place - they cannot stay on the water overnight. Other things to note FENCING The plot is fully fenced. The gate from the water side - behind the gate is a general area, not private, covered with reeds, with access through the reeds to the water and to other neighboring plots. Attention! In the fenced area, dogs can run freely, outside the gate among the reeds, please watch your pets and keep them on a leash. Please close the gate at night. ACCESS TO WATER - LAKES Natural access to water, made of wood, about 1 m wide, made of boards, among reeds, reeds sometimes lean over this access, wooden, floating, swinging pier on the water. When the water level is high, it may be partially flooded, but you can still enter it, sunbathe, and swing. From the pier you can comfortably enter a kayak or a surfboard. The water at the jetty is very shallow and heavily silted. A convenient entrance to the lake, open to the public for swimming, is 100 m from the cottage. In front of the pier there is a small platform with a table and chairs to sit by the water. KAYAKS Available 2 kayaks 2-person. Oars. Life jackets. Kayaks are on land, about 20 m from the floating jetty, you have to bring them to the water yourself and you have to bring them back to the place for the night. Please do not leave kayaks on the water overnight. ANIMALS There are a lot of forest animals nearby - for dogs it is a lot of new and attractive smells - please keep an eye on the dogs and keep them on a leash outside the fence. Please clean up after your pets. !!! It is forbidden to dig holes in the lawn - please keep an eye on it. Animals are not allowed on furniture. Additional FEE for each dog - PLN 200/stay. Collected in advance at check-in, if check-in without a Host - please leave the fee in the cottage. Outside the property, please keep your dogs on a leash. Attention! In the area, residents have their own dogs, so during walks, please do not approach the fences of houses with dogs and do not stop in front of barking dogs on other properties. BONFIRE The campfire is possible in a special place - in a cast iron hearth - DO NOT move it due to the danger of fire - close to birch and reeds and blowing winds. Please DO NOT make a fire elsewhere. You should have your own wood for the fire. BARBECUE Mobile grill. You should bring your own charcoal. WASTE SORTING Please segregate the garbage. Mixed waste containers - collection on Wednesdays early in the morning. Please PUT the containers in front of the entrance gate on Tuesday evening - we try to remind you about it on Tuesday. We provide bags for plastic, glass and paper. Please crush the cartons and bottles before throwing them in the bag. Let's protect nature! QUIET HOURS Due to the neighbors of the residents and other guests !!! absolute night silence 22.00-7.00. !!! Please turn down the music after 10 p.m. PROHIBITION No shooting, no rockets, no fireworks. WiFi - fiber optic Available without restrictions, permanently enabled by us, the name and code given in the welcome message, additional information in the cottage - you can connect with the QR code, which is on the box WiFi works if 1/ there is electricity 2/ there is no interference from the Operator - Orange operator. We have no control over that. TV TV and Orange cable channels. HOT WATER Available on an ongoing basis. Heated by a boiler. HEATING Electric heaters - in the bedroom, living room and bathroom. Available in the autumn and winter, they keep the temperature of the cottage at about 20 degrees Celsius. On request and for an additional fee, we can provide additional heaters. !!! In the summer period May-August, the heaters are dismantled. At the request of guests and for an additional fee, we can leave the heaters. CEILING FAN There's a lamp with a fan in the living room. The fan has two settings 1/ summer - cools the air and 2/ winter - moves warm air from top to bottom, which helps to heat the house. The light turns on and off with a string. The speed of the fan is adjusted with a string. Attention!!! Please TURN OFF the lamp and the fan when you leave the cottage. CHECK-IN It can be self-service - the key is in the locker. However, if possible and we are there, we are happy to welcome guests in person, show them the cottage and provide information :) ADDITIONAL GUESTS The cottage is dedicated for 4 people - it has two bedrooms with double beds. Possible additional guests - there is a sleeping space for 2 people on a sofa bed in the living room. Additional fee of 120/person/night - charged in advance at check-in. An extra bed is also available - a camp bed or a foam mattress placed on the floor. BED LINEN, TOWELS We provide bed linen and one towel size 50x100 for the guest. An extra hand towel in the bathroom and toilet. BATHROOM Shower, toilet, sink, hand towel, shower gel, liquid soap, toilet paper - 1 roll per person for a weekly stay. Hairdryer. TOILET Separate toilet with small sink, hand towel, liquid soap KITCHEN Kitchenette - fridge with freezer, microwave, blender, two mobile electric burners, kettle. Salt, sugar, pepper, oil. Hand towel, dishwashing liquid, sponge, brush. CLEANING Cleaning agents - liquid for washing surfaces, windows, floors. Vacuum cleaner. Brush and mop. Iron. DISHES Plates, cutlery, glasses, mugs, wine glasses wine - standard for 4 people. If there are more people - we will add the right amount. Two pots, a frying pan, bowls. CHECK-OUT !!!
