Coastal Getaway, Country House, near 101 FWY

Country house surrounded by trees with many windows, wooden floors, lovely kitchen, large sunroom, and huge deck. All located just minutes from Pismo, Grover, Shell and Avila Beach, hot springs, hiking areas, wineries, golf courses, Lake Lopez, ATV riding & outlet shopping, Trader joe's and many other stores. San Luis Obispo is a lovely city just minutes north. and Hearst Castle is less than an hour's drive North. Conveniently situated off the 101 freeway, a nice retreat from the big city. The space The listing is located at a higher altitude, allowing for cooler weather, and refreshing dewy, foggy mornings that dissipate into bright and sunny days. Thanks to the limited light pollution you're gifted with beautiful views of the night sky. Has a natural water source. The house has an open format design, it's roomy and is complimented with many windows to allow natural sunlight and refreshing sea breeze. Driving from either north or south of the house you're endowed with nature as it was during the Old West times... very minimal construction. It's an area in which to unwind, and getaway... especially at the nearby hot springs! An all time favorite. Guest access One of the bedrooms has a California King bed, the second bedroom has a 2 twin beds Lastly, a couch in the living room pulls out into a queen bed. There is on-property parking for guests only and that space is enough for multiple cars to fit. The parking area is located near the front door. We ask that NO ONE PARK IN THE CIRCULAR DRIVEWAY because mail delivery occurs at the house entrance. As guests you have the house. The main home is NOT SHARED. And the front porch is for you alone. However the land is shared with our Care-Takers who live on the property, away from the house in their own building. It is a 2 acre property. There's a master bedroom in the back of the house with its own entrance. This space is a separate room and is used as storage and occasionally occupied by the owner/house keeper. There is cameras outside for the safety of the guest and me they are outside in Clear view. Other things to note Close to freeway 101 access, nearest beaches are Oceano Beach, Pismo Beach. Grover beach.
