Charlotte County Pool+Spa Heater Charges and Information: The pool faces West Pool is 25x12 D 5' Spa is 8' Pool heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX. In order to heat the spa, the additional cost must be paid. Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis. Garage: * Owner car is parked in garage. No garage parking available. Up to two cars can fit in the driveway Dock/Boat Lift: Owners private boat on lift- not useable Dock is 30x6 and available to tie up your boat. BBQ: - There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use. - While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills. - Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store. - BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional $56 fee will be charged.
