Newly remodeled private loft apartment attached to the side of our home. Just a short 5 min drive gets you to both Cottonwood Canyons for world-class skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, mountain biking, and rock climbing. Dedicated parking. The space Beautifully remodeled boho loft-living apartment attached to our home behind our garage (listing is no longer for a basement apartment). There is a mud room between the apartment and main house, it is very private with a separate entrance. Luxury finishes and furniture were the goal with this bright and airy space with tall ceilings, tons of natural light, and the best mountain views on the property. Our focus in the renovations was to make staying in our apartment like having your own luxury private hotel suite - only a bit more comfortable. We spared no expense so you could have a cozy mountain boho experience with everything you need in an apartment, plus a few extras like heated bathroom floors and mirror, remote controlled automatic blinds, your own dedicated in-unit AC/Heat, a unique washer/dryer combo, and smart home features to play music and control the lights by voice command. The space has a well-appointed kitchen with most everything you need to cook. You'll have your own private hot tub in the back yard for your apres ski in the winter or to relax during our cool high-desert nights in the summer. Or just lay by the pool or float with a cool drink with your group just steps from your door. After you work up an appetite, take advantage of our grill and tables and chairs to set up outside and have an instant summer cookout. We also have smart TVs, a Nintendo Switch, and High Speed Fiber internet to keep you entertained and connected while you're home. Whether you're staying for a couple nights or for a long trip we will set you up with a comfortable, convenient, and relaxing stay. Pet Note: We have dogs on the property who will roam freely around in the fenced back yard. They are very friendly, but please don't book if you can't be around dogs. Safety Note: Loft area and ladder is for use at your own risk, there is no railing and children should not be left unattended. EV Charging Note: We have a Tesla charger in our garage, use of the charger can be arranged. We typically charge our own Tesla overnight, so some coordination is involved but we're happy to work with you. Noise Note: This is attached to the garage, you will hear when the garage door opens and closes as we go in and out. Guest access Pool is closed for the winter! The pool is shared, but we won't impose on you while you're hanging out. However, we can't promise our pups won't come out and say hi. Please remember to close the pool - not all of them can swim! The hot tub is 100% for your private use during your stay, however it is by the glass doors by the entrance to the basement (which have curtains we keep closed for your privacy). Please observe all quiet hours and don’t disturb neighbors. -Keep it at a maximum of 4 guests. Parties of more than four guests will be asked to have their additional guests find other accomodations. -No parties/events permitted at the space (guests in original booking are welcome to enjoy grill, pool, and hot tub) -Maximum of 2 vehicles on the property -No smoking allowed in the unit, if you wish to smoke please do it in the back yard and be consciencious about your trash.
