This listing is categorically not suitable for groups of singles. Sadly no dogs. Our cottage has stunning views across Kent, situated down a quiet farm lane with no other houses in sight. We are 10 mins from the centre of Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge and Paddock Wood. It is incredibly cosy with underfloor heating throughout, it is also totally eco friendly. The space The cottage is suitable for couples or a family with children under 1 year or over 16. The cottage has its own terrace with table and sofa. There is a utility room next door with washing machine and tumble dryer and space for boots and coats. It is located on a footpath so great for walking with 2 woods encircling us.There are also lots of cycling paths for cycling. Guest access There is one dedicated parking space for the cottage but room beside it for further cars. Guests can use the garden which includes a unique fruit garden with peaches, apricots, pears, figs and many other fruits. Please note there is a private covered swimming pool in the garden for family use only, this is not available for guests to use. Other things to note The nearest supermarkets are about 10 minutes drive away. The nearest station is 10 minutes away, Paddock Wood with frequent trains to London. Tonbridge station is about 15 minutes drive with even more frequent trains to London. We are on a public footpath so multiple walks from the house. There is a covered private swimming pool for family use only in the garden , this is not available for guests to use. We have 2 dogs , one of the dogs can occasionally be aggressive so is locked away from guests or is on a lead.
