Villa Gargasole is a beautiful newly built villa with a private pool, located in the heart of Salento, a few kilometers from the sea. Elegant and spacious (800 square meters), it offers modern comforts and an exclusive environment. It has an open space with an island kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and large outdoor spaces with a solarium, barbecue and playground. The space THE PRESTIGE AND COMFORT OF VILLA GARGASOLE The villa is cared for down to the smallest detail, from the layout of the rooms to the choice of furnishings and accessories. Each element contributes to elegance, prestige, and comfort. The beautiful swimming pool, the solarium, the veranda furnished for pleasant outdoor moments, the possibility of listening to music throughout the villa, during a swim in the pool or a moment of relaxation  or during a party with your friends by the pool.  Furthermore, Villa Gargasole is an eco-sustainable villa, powered by renewable sources, which guarantees almost complete energy independence for most of the year. It is equipped with a photovoltaic system with battery storage and an underfloor heating system with solar thermal system integration, to offer maximum comfort while fully respecting the environment. The villa is about 800 square meters in total, is totally exclusive and all the services available are independent and not shared. It was also built with attention to the smallest details, to ensure a wonderful holiday in Salento. THE HOUSE: LIVING AREA The house is about 120 square meters, inside the rooms are well furnished with a modern and refined design, the prevailing colors are white and beige, which give a nice feeling of brightness and spaciousness to the whole. The floors are in porcelain stoneware and the fixtures are high performance, which guarantee excellent energy efficiency and sound insulation. The large open space is tastefully furnished and is embellished with a kitchen with a central island with stools, equipped with the best appliances such as a microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, American-style refrigerator, coffee maker and electric kettle. The living room has a 42" LED TV, dining table with chairs, a comfortable double sofa bed and a beautiful window overlooking the pool and outdoor veranda. THE HOUSE: SLEEPING AREA  The collection of carefully chosen furnishings characterize the practical and elegant style of the bedrooms, which are equipped with 22" LED TV, large wardrobe and switches with USB sockets near the bed. There are 2 double bedrooms, one with a beautiful double canopy bed, and a triple bedroom with 3 single beds. The house has 2 complete internal bathrooms, equipped with suspended sanitary ware of extreme elegance and cleanliness, with marble sinks and shower cubicles. The interior is equipped with a heating system with a radiant floor system, cooling is managed with two air conditioners that allow you to adjust the temperature in the sleeping area and in the living area. OUTDOOR AREA: PLAYGROUND, INFINITY POOL, COVERED VERANDA, BARBECUE  The outdoor space offers a special environment for any time of the day. The veranda with a wooden and waterproof reed roof has a comfortable American barbecue with a large kitchen top, a comfortable wooden table (extendable) with chairs, an ideal place to organize excellent outdoor barbecues; the beautiful infinity pool (dimensions: 6 x 3.5 - 2.60 x 3 meters) has a hydromassage function (with 3 seats) and a fountain, solarium with sunbeds, masonry sofa facing the pool and 2 outdoor showers (with hot and cold water), bathroom with laundry corner with washing machine, and indoor parking with automatic gate. There is also a beautiful playground (about 10x5 meters), in synthetic grass and completely fenced. You can practice various sports activities, including mini tennis, mini soccer, volleyball, tennis soccer, and basketball (with a basket available). The system has lighting, so you can play sports even in the evening. Exclusive and non-shared facility. In addition, for greater security and peace of mind, a camera has been installed that will allow you to monitor your children playing directly from the monitor located in the kitchen.   Finally, the villa has an additional covered relaxation area, near the field, where guests can relax by socializing, reading a good book or simply enjoying the view.  The entire villa is completely fenced, pets are welcome, upon notice.
