ROOM: LIVING AREA The house is about 120 square meters wide, inside the rooms are well furnished with a modern and refined design, the prevailing colors are white and beige, which give a nice feeling of brightness and spaciousness to the whole. The floors are made of porcelain stoneware and high-performance fixtures, ensuring excellent energy efficiency and sound insulation. The spacious open space is tastefully furnished and is embellished with a kitchen with central island with stools, equipped with the best appliances such as the best appliances such as microwave, microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, American refrigerator, coffee maker and electric kettle. The living room has a 42"LED TV, a dining table with chairs, a comfortable double sofa bed and a beautiful glass window overlooking the pool and the outdoor veranda. The house has 2 full indoor bathrooms, equipped with suspended sanitary ware of extreme elegance and cleanliness, with marble sinks and shower cubicle. The interior has a heating system with a radiant floor system, the cooling is managed with two air conditioners that allow you to regulate the temperature in the sleeping area and in the living area. OUTDOOR AREA: PLAY AREA, INFINITY POOL, COVERED VERANDA, BARBECUE  The outdoor space offers a special environment for any time of day. The veranda with wooden cover and waterproof straw has a comfortable American barbecue with large kitchenette, comfortable wooden table (extendable) with chairs, ideal place to organize excellent outdoor barbecues; the beautiful infinity pool (size: 6 x 3.5 - 2.60 x 3) has a hydromassage function (with 3 seats) and a fountain, solarium with sunbeds, masonry sofa in front of the pool and 2 outdoor showers (with hot and cold water), bathroom with laundry corner with washing machine, and internal parking with automatic gate. There is also a beautiful playing field (about 10x5 meters), in synthetic grass and completely fenced. You can practice several sports activities, including mini tennis, mini soccer, volleyball, tennis, basketball (with a basket available). The system has lighting, so you can practice sports even in the evening. Exclusive and not shared facility. In addition, for greater safety and tranquility, a camera has been installed that will allow you to control your children who play directly from the monitor located in the kitchen.   Finally, the villa has an additional covered relaxation area, near the field, where guests can relax by socializing, reading a good book or simply enjoying the view.  The entire villa is fully fenced, pets are welcome, prior notice.
