Springfield Farm, Peacock/ Dairy Cottages

Springfield Estate, rustic farm where two oceans meet, rests deep within the Agulhas National Park. It is one the southern most pieces of land on the tip of South Africa. The surrounding area, Cape Agulhas – known as the strand veld – is rich with never-ending coast lines, mountains covered with Fynbos and Southern African wildlife. The original farm house predates 1889 when the farm was formerly registered. The farm Springfield has been declared a Provincial Heritage Site.
