The house is in a great part of town within walking distance to the Brown campus. There is a sunny terrace behind the house and I have a friendly dog, a pug mix. I enjoy interacting with my guests but I respect their privacy. 1st floor: Hall, living room, dining room, den, lavatory with washer and dryer, large kitchen. 2nd floor: Three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 3rd floor: large open finished attic space, carpeted, with 2 single beds and lots of light from windows and sky lights. Except for my own room and bath I expect my guest to feel free to use the rest of the house including the kitchen where they will have space of their own to keep food. I will be in the house and will gladly answer questions or make suggestions for restaurants. There is a Whole Foods just 3 blocks away and a large supermarket one block further. There are also good restaurants, cafes, drug stores and shops within easy walking distance. It is a friendly, family neighborhood with a beautiful woods right across the street which is lovely for walks. There are buses one block away going to Brown, downtown and other areas of the city. I normally only have one person at a time who stays for a month or even three.
