Cozy loft / Downtown

Located center city in Fredericia. Lot´s of restaurants, waterfront and beach nearby You will have the entire place your self, as i´m only lending out my place when i´m out of town. My apartment is just 47m2. So dont expect a ball room with a lot of space around you. But its comfterble and cozy - hyggelig as we say in Danish. The space Fredericia is an old fortress city and the house where the apartment is located is from 1887. The flat was partly renovated in 2014 with lots of details. The apartment is tiny and practical as visual design - and it has a minibar. Its located in a House build in 1847. So the flooring is old and there is beams visible. See photos. It has a 1 bedroom. 1 Dining Room and kitching is in same room. A light cleaning is made before you check in. : Washing of the whole bathroom. The whole place is vacuum cleaned. - Kitchen and sink is washed of. New toiletpaper Fresh towels in bathroom and kitchen. Fresh sheets on all beds. Extra cost of €20 if there are stains on bed sheets or linnen or towels. If you are not familiar with AIRBNB do not expect to enter a hotel room like no one else has stayed here before. And its not a pro Airbnb apartment exclusively made for Airbnb guests - Which means that I live here with my two dogs and all my belongings is here. It’s my resident. Free parking lot to the apartment in the yard behind the hose. pls check photos. Feel free to use what you find in the kitchen. Pls. Dont use metal tools in the pans. Thanks i´m looking foreward to welcome you to a once wonderful stay. Please read all the specs listed so you dont expect a bathroom with a tub or a TV with 100 channels. You need to use the chrome cast. Guest access Whole apartment and a outside area for BBQ. Grill, bench and tables are free of use. Other things to note As i actually use the apartment Daily. So dont expect to enter a hotel room. All my private stuff is here:-). Cleaning is done before you arrive and when you leave. There Will be clean sheets and towels for your use. Feel at home.
