De) is located in a very quiet location in Neustadt an der Weinstrasse, in the Lachen-Speyerdorf district, directly on the very popular "Kraut und Rüben Radweg". The apartment has about 95m ² is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 5 people. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a new fridge combination since August 2019, a dining room, a dining area for 6 people, a high chair and a fireplace. 1 bedroom with a double bed (2x2 m) and a cot (0.70 x 1.40 m). 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (0.90x2 m). On hot days, our solar-heated pool (8.0mx 4.2m 1.5m deep) provides enough refreshment. You can borrow our 4 bicycles (2 women and 2 men's bikes) free of charge. There is a storage room for your own bicycles! You are welcome to bring your four-legged friends with you! We charge only 5 euros per animal and night.
