This bright, single-level space offers a comfortable bed with crisp linens, a sofa bed for added flexibility, a practical kitchenette and a modern en-suite with shower and Rituals toiletries, giving you everything you need for a relaxed, easy stay. The kitchenette makes it simple to prepare light meals at your own pace, while the sheltered, communal courtyard is a lovely spot for outdoor dining, morning coffee or settling in with a good book. The space 10 min walk or 2 min drive to town, we are located in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Guests have galley kitchen with microwave, fridge, coffee machine and kettle if they would like to prepare breakfast - there are some places to have a cooked breakfast in town if preferred. Guest access guests have full use of entrance waiting area and the interior courtyard, which is theirs to use through out the visit, only the 3 suits access this space. when we have the gardens completed guests will of course have full use of them Other things to note portaferry is a stunning town on the peninsula, it is in an area of outstanding natural beauty - easy access to Castle ward (game of thrones) via the Strangford ferry. Exploris Aquarium, Portico Arts Venue, Echlinville distillery and brilliant bars are all available just short walk on lit pavements into town. Gorgeous beaches and walks are easily accessible and great food in Both Portaferry and Strangford
