Feel-good berth

The room is on the second floor in a semi-detached house and is super cozy. We have a guest toilet and a bathroom. It's a leisurely four-minute walk to the streetcar and then 12 minutes to the city center. The streetcar runs every ten minutes during the day. In summer and when the weather is nice, you can sit outside. There is also a swing and table with chairs. We have no pets and smoking is not allowed in the house. Washing machine, dishwasher and iron are available. The space The room is comfortably large in a quiet house. There lives a very nice tenant with in the 150 sqm house with garden. In summer we have the most beautiful green garden in the city. You can also smoke here. The sleeping place is a solid comfortable bed which is 140cm x 200cm. Otherwise it is a normal cozy house. Guest access There is access to the kitchen and bathroom, but logically there is no access to the private rooms of the nice flat mates.
