It is only a stones' throw from the start of the renowned Cuckoo Trail, which meanders through a 15 mile green corridor from Heathfield to Eastbourne. Ideal for both walkers and cyclists. You are in the perfect location to explore all that Sussex and Kent has to offer, whether you want to visit Tunbridge Wells with its history and unique shops, pop to the beach at Pevensey Bay, visit Bateman's, Rudyard Kipling former home or take a picnic to Glyndebourne. This property has been finished to a very high standard with lots of attention to detail with oak flooring throughout, a lovely wood burning stove, in fact the perfect holiday or weekend getaway. Guest access Own gated garden with guest parking in front of the property. Welcome basket and 1st basket of logs provided. Other things to note We have sheep, dogs and 2 cats onsite. The property is located in the garden of the owners house. There is a ‘B’ road at the top of the lane and we are located on the edge of Heathfield, so you may hear some road noise in the garden. Visitors often comment how peaceful it is here but we are in a market town and not in the middle of the countryside.
