No, you do not need to confirm availability with us before booking. As we have a high occupancy rate of nearly 95%, our free dates tend to go fast, so using the 'Instant Book' option is the best way to secure the dates you want. • HOW WILL WE CHECK-IN & CHECK OUT? In order to ensure a smooth check-in process, kindly provide us with your flight details including the flight number or ferry name, port of departure, and your exact arrival time. We are happy to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs whenever possible. If we are unable to accommodate your request, we can store your luggage for you before check-in or after check-out. We recommend not to arrive without your transfer already organised because a taxi would be difficult to find especially in high season. Uber or similar apps don't exist in Naxos and Cyclades in general. We can organize a transfer for you - a one-way/one-time transfer costs 20-25 EUR (total price, not per person) for a comfortable people carrier for up to 4 passengers. Then we can arrange for the taxi driver to be waiting for you at the port/airport holding a sign with your name on. Alternatively, we can also provide a minivan that can fit 8 to 12 people for a slightly higher fee. Therefore, it offers a great location that is safe, peaceful, and yet conveniently close to everything. You'll find plenty of restaurants, cafes, and activities within walking distance. We have many guests who are families with children, and they love the stay with us. We are also featured as a family-friendly property on Airbnb platform. Our pool has a child platform which is perfect for younger children to play and enjoy safely. We provide beach toys and other amenities for our lovely child guests to make their stay more comfortable and enjoyable. • WE WANT TO COOK AT THE VILLA. However, they are not present every day, and during windy weather conditions, they tend to disappear. • DO YOU PROVIDE THINGS LIKE SHAMPOO AND TOWELS? Yes.
