A very comfortable, sunny, clean 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment minutes from Saint Lawrence Gap and a short walk to Oistins Fish Fry and Maxwell beach. The apartment is one of 4 apartments in a 2-story building. It has everything you need with 2 twin-size beds or 1 full bed in the bedroom. Please let us know prior to arrival if you want the full bed or the 2 twin beds. It also has a comfortable living room, a kitchen with appliances, and a dining area containing a dining table with 4 side chairs. The kitchen has pots, pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, and everything you need to cook your own meals. There are further amenities including a TV with Firestick (Netflix, etc.), a washing machine (with outside line drying), a parking space, and Wi-Fi. For your comfort, there is air conditioning in both bedrooms. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, and shower with a removable head. The apartment also comes with an iron, hangers, a closet for your clothes, a coffee maker, a tea kettle, a microwave, and a small outdoor area. Each guest will be provided with a bath & beach towel set. Please review local guidelines on government websites for travel protocols. You can consult the visitbarbados website. One empty bedroom with a full-size bed will be locked. Other things to note Other notes: Trash/rubbish: If you need to dispose of your trash/garbage/rubbish, you can do so using the black and green bins at the front of the building. Garbage collectors usually come on Mondays. TV The TV works fine but it takes a minute to warm up. Gate/padlock key: Both back & front entrances have gates. The keys are inside the apartment on the bedroom's doorknob. Should you choose to lock the gates, make sure you have the keys for the gate before locking the door when you go out. We wouldn't want you to lock yourself out. Supplies: To ensure you get settled in and have a great start to your stay with us, we have provided an initial supply of: 1 set of towels per guest (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, & beach towel); 2 sets for stays longer than one week! 1 set of sheets per bed (a fitted sheet, flat sheet, and 2 pillowcases) 3 rolls of toilet paper 1 hotel-size soap bar per person ***But these may not be enough for your entire stay. Please purchase additional supplies while in Barbados or carry extra with you if you believe that you will need more. Please make yourself at home and enjoy your stay!
