Very private and quaint waterfront cottage with near new dock and ladder. Fully equipped 2 bedroom, 1 bath. Master bedroom plus bunkbeds in the second bedroom. Comfortably sleeps 4 but can accommodate 6 if required. Please note that only 1 family at a time is permitted. Cottage is only 40 feet from the sandy beach waterfront. The cottage is about 200 feet from the road and is about 150 feet from each neighbour, so very private. There is a public boat lunch less than 1 km away. The space Fridge, stove, dishwashwer and microwave, alarm clocks, indoor only vacuum, clothes hangers, adult and child life jackets, 2 boogie boards, dinnerware and utensils, minnow traps, 2 kayaks with paddles, 2 standup paddleboards with paddles, blow up pink flamingo , row boat with paddles, canoe with paddles, outdoor chairs, extra double mattress, extra single mattress, blow up mattress, kids fishing poles, fish net, clothes line and clothes pin, 6 Adirondack chairs with 2 dock umbrellas, 4 chairs around firepit, hand and dishtowels, ice cube trays, worm containers, BBQ, propane and BBQ tools, flat screen TV, Wii and a few games, garbage cans, kitchen garbage bags, 5 marshmallow and wiener roasting sticks, coffee machine, outdoor furniture including couch, 2 chairs, eating table with 6 chairs. Also access to boathouse/garage and shed for additional storage.
