Idyllic guesthouse on Marstrandsön.

Private house with balcony and two bedrooms. Small kitchen. Dining area in the living room and on the terrace. Internet and Apple TV. Bedroom 1 with 160 cm bed. Bedroom no. 2 with 90 cm bed and a narrower 70 cm bed suitable for children. Bedroom no. 2 faces the terrace and you have to go out to this to reach the toilet, shower and kitchen. Dishwasher, microwave and fridge in the kitchen. Extra fridge/freezer and washing machine in the basement. We prefer weekly rentals Saturday-Saturday. The space The house is located at "bathrobe distance" from a pleasant swimming area on "Norr". Bergs Konditori and the harbor are one block below the house. Quiet and peaceful with a secluded garden that is shared with the owner who lives in a separate house on the same property. Guest access The rented house is a separate accommodation with a private terrace. In the basement, there is a shared laundry room and storage. The garden is shared with the host and there are patios and sun loungers. Other things to note Parking is available on Koön for a fee. Then ferry to Marstrandsön and 10 minutes walk to the house. With reference to the summer's first guest Petter who rented the house but who upon arrival came with 3 teenage girls who would work at the bar and live in the house alone, I would like to point out that this is a family home. Petter was rejected. 50% of the rent was returned.
