Guest access All tenants have access to the first-floor living room/community space, the three bathrooms, co-working space/study area. To add, tenants can enjoy access to a shared kitchen, fully equipped with a stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, coffeemaker, rice cooker and other essentials. In our kitchens, we also provide plates, bowls, pots, pans, flatware and cooking utensils for our tenants' use. We also offer a shared living room/community space with TV, a co-working area, dining areas, study areas, and a living space for socializing. During your stay We have a community manager that lives nearby, and we can be reached by phone and email, and on this app. Other things to note A few things to note when staying with us for more than one month: - A subtenancy agreement, renter's insurance agreement (for long-term stays) must be signed before check-in - All tenants must provide rental application details, renter's insurance, and copy of government-issued ID - A professional team is assigned biweekly to clean our shared spaces, including kitchens, living rooms, and shared bathrooms. We help you keep common spaces nice and tidy for everyone who shares there. Furthermore, we encourage tenants to have at least 2 hours of weekly chores to maintain the common areas clean and organized Our homes are available for booking on a 14-day minimum rental period. Check-in Time: 5:00 PM Check-out Time: 10:00 AM Cleaning fee (to cover general cleaning and deep cleaning upon move out) Private room and bed - $350 per person (includes weekly cleaning of common areas)
