Historic residence Masseria San Germano

Masseria San Germano is a historic home of the end of the 17th century located a quarter of an hour by car from the village of Acerenza, recently counted among the most beautiful villages in Italy, and 45 minutes from Matera. We rent a turnkey apartment in the right wing of the farmhouse with a b&b formula. This consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs; on the lower floor there is a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen with dining room and a half bathroom. The space Masseria San Germano is listed among the historic homes of the Basilicata region and dates back to the 17th century. In front of it we find a beautiful olive grove and a very large space that also includes a fountain. Guest access Guests will have their own access and a unique apartment that consists of the right wing of the farm.
