Historic residence Masseria San Germano

The Masseria San Germano is a historic residence from the late seventeenth century located a quarter of an hour's drive from the town of Acerenza, recently listed among the most beautiful villages in Italy, and 45 minutes from Matera. We rent a turnkey apartment in the right wing of the farm with a B&B formula. This consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor; on the lower floor there is a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen with a dining room and a bathroom. The space The San Germano farmhouse is one of the historic residences of the Basilicata region and dates back to the seventeenth century. In front of it we find a beautiful olive grove and a very large space that also includes a fountain. Guest access Guests will have their own access and a unique apartment that consists of the right wing of the farm.
