Feb 2020 update! Our condo building is now completely up and running after Hurricane Michael! :) The condo now has brand new furniture, brand new carpet, and new doors and windows. Fully furnished! Condo is located just across the street and steps from the beach. Beautiful views of the ocean from the huge balcony. There is a large master bath and a smaller fully bath attached to the 2nd bedroom. There is a queen bed in the master, 2 twins in the 2nd bedroom. The space I personally lived here for 3 years full time and loved every minute. I now live in Tallahassee and use it as my getaway from the city! It's a great place in a great location and works just as well as a launching pad for long beach days as it does for just chilling on the balcony and taking lots of naps. Guest access Guests have access to entire condo building. Pool and hot tub is on the same floor as the condo. Other things to note There is a 5% local Tourist Development tax that I have to add to this listing which will be sent as a "special offer" after your booking! This building has vacationers as well as full time residents. Everyone is very friendly and respects each other. This is probably not the place you want if you really want to rock n roll in to the wee hours of the morning but perfect for those who are looking for a relaxing stay. Check in time is 3pm Central time and check out time is 11am Central time.
