The apartment is located inside the glass tower of a restored 18th-century farmhouse: Il Pignocco Country House. It is located in the countryside and offers a vacation between the sea and the hills of Pesaro Urbino, near places of historical and cultural interest in the Marche region. The property offers a very large garden and an exclusive summer swimming pool for guests staying. The space The apartment is inside the farmhouse tower and has a cast iron staircase that goes up to the roof: a real treat! The farmhouse was bought by my grandfather in 1952. In the same year, he decided to build a tower on it to have a privileged place from which to admire the sea. In 2008, my father decided to restore the farmhouse to create vacation apartments. Thus he had the idea of transforming the lookout tower into an apartment. There is a free unattended outdoor parking space on the property. Other things to note Although the windows may make you think that the interior of the tower is very hot in summer, the air conditioning makes the temperature ideal. If you don't like air conditioning, you can easily cool the room by opening the door leading to the roof/terrace. In the outdoor garden of the cottage you can meet two cats.
