Quiet and cosy bedroom with one double bed and en-suite bathroom in a lovely modern stone house in the south of the town and within minutes of the airport, racecourse and Yorkshire Wildlife Park and backing onto open fields. Wifi. Kettle and tea and coffee in the room. Some access to kitchen and orangery/garden space if you just need to relax a little. No TV in room. Additional rooms possibly available if a larger party. See other notes. The space Whilst not far from civilisation you can feel as though you've escaped in this quiet cul-de-sac. Out of the back gate are fields and lovely walks and yet you're only a few miles from the racecourse and Yorkshire Wildlife Park. The Amazon fulfilment centre and Iport park is around 3.5 miles away. Racecourse/town and Yorkshire Wildlife Park all within a 5 mile radius. This is a modern, cream stone detached house with a very spacious, light and airy feel, particularly downstairs. A newly refurbished, large breakfast kitchen leads into the orangery which has a real sense of calm and light, overlooking the fields and the garden where you are welcome to relax a little in the evening. Weather permitting, feel free to sit outside on the decking. Please note: There is ONE double master/ensuite for two guests. TWO FURTHER ROOMS ARE SOMETIMES AVAILABLE FOR LARGER GROUPS. If yo urequire another room that is an additional charge. ** Second double: £40 per night. ** Single bedroom: £35 per night. These rooms do not have their own bathroom - but share the main bathroom so are not let on a regular basis and are not listed separately on Air B. They are mainly used if there are up to 5 guests. Please ask if you would require more than one room. Guest access Parking for one or two cars at the side of the house or at the front garden area. Key safe available if you're arriving when I'm not there to greet you. During your stay I'm a very gregarious individual, but I respect people's privacy. If you want space to just relax and chill - that's fine. If you want to chat - well you're welcome! What's important is you feel comfortable. Other things to note Check in usually after 3pm- but can be flexible on this as long as have good notice. Happy to accommodate where possible. Check out 11 am - although again, flexible on this. Please note: I have a labrador and 1 cat! (Mostly confined to the kitchen). But if you're not an animal lover or have an allergy - this might not be the place for you!
