The area activities include skiing at Killington mountain, hiking, kayaking, swimming, golf, snowmobiling, mountain biking. Guest access The entire home is for use except one locked closet in the master bedroom. Tools in the garage should only be used after speaking with the owner. No one other than those contracted to stay at the house (maximum of eight) are allowed on the premises unless otherwise discussed with the owner. The house is not intended for use for events or parties unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon by the owner. One week prior to your stay a detailed word document will be sent to you reviewing opening, operating and closing instructions. Other things to note An addition to the house was completed in 2020 along with renovation of the existing home. It consists of three floors. The top floor has a master bedroom accessed by a bridge that spans over the living room. The master bedroom has a high vaulted ceiling with picturesque windows overlooking the Green Mountain National Forest. On one side is a walk-in closet and the other side the master bathroom with a tiled shower/steam shower. On the other side of the bridge leading to the master bedroom is an open study/media area that overlooks the living room. There is also a guest room on the third floor with a full bathroom. The main floor consists of a front entryway into a pantry that leads into a modern kitchen. The kitchen leads into a common dining area and beyond the common area is a full dining room. A sliding glass door leads out to an expansive deck that wraps around the front and side of the house. The kitchen leads into a cozy living room with an amazing stone fireplace and high ceilings. In back of the living room through magnificent french doors is a large hot tub room with slate floors. The hot tub room has windows overlooking the Green Mountain National Forest and sitting in the hot tub you can look directly at the living room fireplace. It's one of the best ways to enjoy an apres ski afternoon/evening. Also, attached to the living room is a study with french doors and pull blinds to insure your utmost privacy. The study has its own bathroom. Downstairs has the feel of a separate studio apartment. There is a mini kitchen with sink/refrigerator/cabinets and microwave leading into a beautiful shower/toilet/sink area. The living area has a large sectional sofa coffee table looking onto a 55' flat screen TV media area. In back of the sofa is an open area with a King size bunk bed nestled in the corner.
