Le Ptit Measlet

The Le Ptit Measlet estate is a hamlet with a country house and its barn, equipped and designed for your festive evenings. The estate has 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, an equipped kitchen, a sauna, a jacuzzi and an above-ground pool on a 2-hectare plot (with outdoor games: football, volleyball, petanque). Located 1 hr 45 min from Paris, between L'Eure-et-Loir and Perche, Le Ptit Measlet can accommodate a maximum of 20 people, for a festive stay with friends or family. The space The accommodation consists of two independent buildings on the property (house and barn). The house has a kitchen, living room and 4 bedrooms (including 2 in a row). In the barn, a large room with bar allows you to party. Adjacent to the room are a shower and sauna. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms and a bathroom. The barn is equipped with a pro sound system, dance floor lighting, a video projector, a bar, pool table, foosball table... You only need to bring your laptop. We will connect you via mini jack for sound and HDMI for image. We have both cables. Please make sure your computer accepts them or provide the necessary connections. Noise carries far and for this reason the doors must remain closed. There is a maximum sound level to be respected. It is forbidden to shout or sing outdoors at night. We recommend that you bring one pair of shoes for outdoors and another for indoors. Guest access 4 cheques of €500 are requested as a deposit to cover the equipment made available (sound, video, lighting, etc.). These checks will be returned to you on the day you leave. We haven't needed to cash a check in several years of renting. Other things to note Depending on the season you will have access to the pool or hot tub (both with surcharge). Depending on the season, these facilities may be closed, this will be specified at the time of booking. Regarding parties, do not make noise outside after 8pm (shouting, singing or open door with music blasting). Music is allowed in the barn with the door closed and only on our sound system which is a professional system. There is also a lighting system on the dance floor and a video projector with a 2 m screen. There is also a pétanque court, soccer field, foosball table, volleyball court, ... Everything is in place so you can enjoy a party with friends and family.
