A unique accommodation in a fantastic environment next to the fish-rich Emån. The property is a former dairy from 1898, completely renovated to a high standard. 5 bedrooms with a total of 13 existing beds. Guests need to bring own bed linen and towels. The property is non-smoking. Well-behaved pets are welcome. Rental weekly Monday-Sunday. Check-in Monday 3 pm/Check-out Sunday 12 noon. Please note, possible booking options are 6, 13, 20, 27 nights. ATTENTION, not for partying groups! The space Historic brick building from 1898. The building has previously been a dairy, and later also a restaurant. Now the property is a private residence. Upstairs you will find an apartment of about 250 sqm. On the ground floor is the former restaurant with cozy common areas and a staircase down you will find an incredibly beautiful Orangeri overlooking Emån and the beautiful stone bridge Tingebro which with its 10 spans is one of the largest in Sweden. Grass areas for play, barbecue and dinners. You can fish for salmon and sea trout etc. in Emån, fishing licenses are easily purchased online or at the Tourist Information. Guest access The dairy is rented out weekly to only one family/group at a time, who thus have the entire property to themselves. Other things to note Within a few minutes by car you will find nice swimming areas such as Gösjön, Skiren and Aboda Klint. Guests needs to bring own bed linen and towels. NOTE! A double bed with a 160-cm mattress - requires a larger bottom sheet, 2 120-cm beds, 6 90-cm beds and a sofa bed 120 cm.
