Guest access Guests enjoy all property amenities and will be given a code for entry 3 days prior to their arrival. **Important to know** * We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay. *This is a non-smoking condo. *No pets allowed. * Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am *This unit is located on the 18th floor. *All indoor pools are open year round, unless unscheduled maintenance is needed. *Outdoor pool is closed around November 1-April 1st. *Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in. *No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA. *Washer/Dryer located in room. *Daily housekeeping unavailable. *Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided. *One parking pass provided in unit. No additional passes will be provided. *Drip coffee maker provided in unit. *Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff. *Carolinian Beach Resort parking garage was designed for small to moderate sized vehicles and contains some compact turns. Oversized vehicle parking is extremely limited and is available on a first-come first-served basis only.
