Welcome to Jard-sur-Mer, a seaside resort located between Les Sables d'Olonne and La Tranche sur Mer. Our house is 300 m from the ocean, 2 steps from the port and the center of Bourg. It is 150 m2 on 2 levels and has 4 bedrooms equipped with shower rooms, a large living space that opens onto the pool and the very sunny garden. The 300 m2 garden is enclosed, it is equipped with deckchairs, plancha, table and Fermob garden chairs. The pool is heated. Ideal for 2 families. The space The house is our second home, we had it built in 2019 and spend time there whenever we can. You will be seduced by its living room, very bright thanks to large bay windows opening to the outside. We chose to furnish it with quality furniture, especially the kitchen. For the living room, we opted for a Moroccan carpet that warms the room in summer and winter! Well arranged, it has on the ground floor 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (ideal for children), 1 bathroom and upstairs, 3 double bedrooms each equipped with 1 shower. You will be sensitive to the care taken in the decoration. Outside, garden tables, plancha, large heated swimming pool. The house being built on the dune, we deliberately kept a space with sand to the delight of the little ones... The environment is very quiet, you are 2 minutes walk from the nearest beach and 5 minutes from the port and its restaurants and entertainment. You are about 1 hour drive from Nantes, La Rochelle, Puy du Fou. In terms of activities, in addition to the beach, you can take long walks or bike rides, do water sports (jetski, surfing, board, kite, boat rental), or go and taste the oysters directly from the producers.
