Hope Terrace Matlock Bath Sleeps 8 in 4 Bedrooms

Hope terrace is a 4 bedroomed double fronted end terrace dating back to 1874. The 3 story house is perfect for families, couples or groups of friends. There is two bedrooms and a bathroom on each floor. The ground floor has a living room with wood burning stove and a large kitchen/dinning room. The house is in a lovely quiet area but all the amenities of Matlock Bath are a short walk away. The space The house is spread over 3 floors, on the ground floor there is a living room with a multi fuel stove and Smart TV. The first floor has a large bedroom with a king size bed, a small room with bunk beds (they are full size singles but I would recommend that only a small adult sleeps on the top bunk!) and a bathroom. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a king size bed, a twin bedroom and a shower room. To the front of the property is a small south facing courtyard with seating. Guest access We have a key safe in order to provide guests easy access to the property. The code will be emailed a few days before your stay. We have one parking space directly outside the house and there is other free on street parking available locally. Other things to note The house is a five minute walk up hill from the main road that goes through matlock bath. There is a sainsburys and an M&S food in matlock which is approx 1 mile away. All of the major supermarket chains deliver to the property. Please note the only outdoor space is the courtyard to the front of the house. Towels We provide 2 bath matts, hand towels and tea towels. Please bring bath towels with you. If this is a problem due to space or travelling from abroad please ask and we will leave some for you.
