The Vacation Home is located in Erchie di Maiori (Sa), on the Amalfi Coast, a short distance from the beach. Located in a central area of the Coast, it connects extremely easily to the beautiful Ravello and Amalfi and to the archaeological excavations of Pompeii. It is located about 200 meters from the public transport stop. Its strengths are its strategic location and peaceful atmosphere. Suitable for couples and families (with kids). The space The "Bouganvillea - 1 Holiday Home" is a detached house. It has a living room with two beds, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and a kitchenette. It has a terrace, equipped with chairs and a table, from which you can enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and a garden shaded by trees. It is also equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and other small and useful appliances. Everything you need to spend a comfortable and relaxing vacation in a pleasant place. Guest access The house is entirely available for guests. Other things to note The building where "Casa Bouganvillea" is located is one of the oldest in the village of Erchie. In modern times, it has housed the town's Post Office for many years. In the 1980s, it was radically renovated while respecting the style and typical shape of the place. The architect Salvatore Ruocco, a respected professional and passionate connoisseur of local architecture and materials, oversaw the project and execution. Vietri ceramics, terracotta, wrought iron and simple local stone have been expertly used in balanced doses, in order to leave intact the "flavor" of the beautiful houses of the coast of the past. A small garden, finely furnished with wrought iron and Vietri ceramic seats, softens its overall appearance and makes your stay more pleasant, also thanks to the plants and flowers present in every season. The building consists of three independent apartments, belonging to a single property. It is accessed from the municipal road (Via Oliveto) through a wrought iron gate that leads into Casa Bouganvillea. Here, through easy stairs, finished in terracotta and Vietri ceramics (the famous green brushed), you arrive at discreet wrought iron gates positioned at the entrance of each apartment in order to delimit the common area from the private terraces of the individual apartments.
