On the edge of the Horner Basin, not far from Horn, lies the small town of Mödring, which Century was also a tusks village. The remains of the dry stone walls that have now been recaptured from the forest date from this period. The house, which has been authentically renovated in loving detail over the past few years, was built in 1636 and offers space for 7 people with a living space of 110m². The three bedrooms are furnished with beds as follows: 1 bedroom with a double bed (180x200) + single bed (90x190) 1 bedroom with a French bed (140x200) + crib (portable) 1 bedroom with sofa bed (140x200) For cozy warmth, the tiled stove in the living room can be fired in addition to the central heating in the cold season: the wood for this is provided. A TV with satellite receiver is available for rainy days. The leather couch can also be used as an additional bed. There is a bathroom (bath + shower + hair dryer) with toilet, a bathroom (shower, washing machine) without toilet and a toilet with urinal accessible from the aisle. The solid wood table designed for eight people in the fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee machine, dishes for 12 people) invites you to sit together. A high chair is also available. There is space for a car in the covered driveway. Another parking space is in front of the house.  The green inner courtyard, which is not visible from the outside, invites you to relax or even have a barbecue. A Weber kettle grill is available. Haus Julia is a non-smoking house, we kindly ask you to respect this fact. The Mödring panorama circular hiking trail leads past Haus Julia in a quiet location at the end of the village.
