This spacious bunkhouse is close to Marina & restaurant, with incredible views of sunrise, family activities, eagle watching, and Sandhill Crane migration, fishing. Ten miles off I-80. You’ll love the room for multi-family gatherings or a private retreat. Recreational and cultural activities; local winery; 45 miles from the Museum of NE Art; University of NE Kearney; The Great Platte River Road Archway Museum. Firepit. Good for business, families, and groups. The space This bunkhouse is a great and versatile space indoors and out. There are three private and two semi-private sleeping spaces for large groups with plenty of shelves for bags and storage. The private master suite overlooks beautiful Johnson Lake with an amazing sunrise view, private balcony, writing desk, dish T.V., full bath and closet space. There are two separate indoor sitting areas with internet T.V., one gas fireplace, designated dining room, and space to sit 15 people comfortably for meals indoors. Full kitchen includes large refrigerator, gas stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, blenders, toaster, tea pot, pots & pans, crockpot, wafle maker, griddle, dishes and silverware. Two main floor bathrooms have tub/shower combination. There are plenty of towels, bedding, extra blankets, etc.. Comfortable outdoor seating for MANY. Guest access During winter months, the outdoor bunkhouse is winterized and off limits to guests (The outdoor bunkhouse is NOT INCLUDED in the above description or prices). Depending on weather, guests are welcome to use outdoor furniture, the gas grill, smoker and firepit. * We do have a wheelchair ramp for mainfloor access (two steps) if needed. Please let us know. Other things to note LOCAL DINING & CONVENIENCE OPTIONS: Lakeshore Marina Bar and Grill has limited winter hours. EXTRA SHEETS: There are extra sheets available in the cabinet under the T.V. in the room with the fireplace. Sleeping bags, blankets, and pillows for the futons are in the armoire in the futon room.
