In the beautiful polder Alblasserwaard (in between Rotterdam and Utrecht) in a quiet area, a single cottage by the water. Perfectly situated for hiking, cycling, and for rest and relaxation. Upstairs bedroom with electric Auping double bed and 2nd TV. And a 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds. Downstairs, you will find a cozy living room with a terrace overlooking the water. Digital TV, free Wi-Fi and Hi-Fi set. Central heating, with additional floor heating, solar energy. A fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet. On the first floor, a bedroom with an electrically adjustable double bed and a second TV. And a 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds. We also speak English, German, French and some Spanish, simplified Spanish. Guest access We have 4 kayaks, a (motorized) boat (we ask for a voluntary contribution for the fuel) and bicycles, 2 of which are electric. We charge 10 euros per person per day for this. You can make use of this in consultation. We have chickens, but no rooster. Washing machine and dryer are available for guests in the utility room of the main house.
