Bedroom in My House with green shutters, Picardy

I have a room on the floor of my house (reserved for guests). Independent access by an external staircase (photo). Illumination by a motion-sensing switch. The room has 1 bed 2 pers. + 1 bed 1 pers. The bathroom with shower and toilet are on the other side of the hall. I have upstairs my sewing room, and a second bedroom sometimes unoccupied. Breakfast is included. Let me know what time is right for you, between 7:30 and 9:00. The space Our house is 19 years old, built by my husband and me. Passionate about gardening, I maintain my garden, my vegetable garden, I raise my poultry. We are retired and live peacefully. Guest access During your stay with me, you will have access to the floor of my home, by an independent external staircase; the room dedicated to guests, is to your left and right the bathroom ,and next to the toilet. There is another room that I use as a tailoring workshop but I do not occupy it in the presence of guests. During your stay I am listening to your questions. I have a lot of tourist information to give you, on the sites to see, the curiosities a few steps from my home. the castle of Rambures is 3 km and 20 km from the seaside resort of Mers-les-Bains , Le Tréport and the charming town of Eu. d 'Abbeville is 22km . Free A28 motorway access 4 minutes from the house. Rouen is 1 hour away .( 80km) Other things to note I welcome you between 4pm and 7pm. I only offer breakfast from 7:30 a.m. and not after 9:30 a.m. Please note that the house is located at No. 21 on the only street in the Hamlet of Wattebléry.
