Charming farmhouse apartment with hot tub

Charming, secluded self-catering apartment in a working equestrian farm with gardens and outstanding panoramic views. Available with ample parking, free Wifi, balcony, BBQ and a hot tub. The hot tub is situated in the open courtyard on the farm and is available between 7 pm till 12 am. The space modern apartment in a traditional farmhouse with great views of the countryside. The apartment has a living room (with sofa bed, small dining table and a TV), Bedroom ( king size bed), bathroom (with bath and shower) and a kitchen ( include induction hob, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, fridge/ fridger, washer/ dryer and a small portable oven). There is a balcony with the apartment which have sitting space and a small barbecue. The heating of the apartment is with the main house and is on ground source heat pump ( renewable energy). There are separate electric fires provided in bedroom and living room. The hot water is through a separate electric tank. Guest access The check in information is uploaded on the air b&b website with photos. Please check it before your arrival. There is a separate apartment entry from the farm courtyard. There is a small key safe outside the apartment. We will provide you the code to the safe before your arrival. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us, if there is any issues. Thanks Other things to note We are a working livery yard. The private owners keep their horses in our stables. Please do not touch or feed the horses. There is a a mile long private road leading to the farm. The road is tarmaced for most of the distance apart from the last hundred yards and maintained at a regular basis but unfortunately it can have pot holes and be bumpy after few days of rain specially in the winter season. We do apologise for the inconvenience it can cause. The farmhouse is in rural setting but still near to the local amenities. The nearest pub (on Billingham side and Norton High street) are about 1.7 miles away. The nearest Sainsbury is at the same distance and a big Tesco at about 4 miles.
