Cozy apartment with balcony in the spa district of Bad Kreuznach. You can reach your next travel home via your locked underground parking space (including bicycle parking space), before taking the elevator to the 3rd floor. There you will find the lovingly furnished approx. 50 sqm apartment with balcony, living/dining area, bedroom, hallway, kitchen and shower room. The apartment is intended for 2 people, can be extended to 3 people with an additional full bed. The space Start your day in "Apartment 311", located in the spa district with a cozy breakfast, on the balcony in the fresh morning air, and enjoy the silence away from street and flight noise. In the kitchen you will find the usual utensils such as a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, egg cooker and fridge with freezer. When hunger strikes, use the kitchen with a microwave, ceramic hob and high-quality Fissler cookware or indulge yourself in various cafes and restaurants nearby. Then end the day on the balcony or on the new couch with a relaxing chair with a Nahe wine, regional Kirner beer or Salinenbräu. The bathroom, renovated in 2022, can hopefully score with you with the almost ground-level walk-in shower, free toiletries, fluffy towels and a hairdryer. The bedroom features a double bed, a large wardrobe and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the balcony. To ensure you have a restful night, I offer you a selection of different filling materials and degrees of warmth of the blankets in oversized, as well as different pillow sizes. You will sleep on new high-quality 7-zone pocket spring mattresses with hardness grade 3 and two separately adjustable slatted frames. There are also cleaning utensils, a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board in the apartment, as well as a shared washing machine and dryer in the basement for a fee. Your relaxation and well-being are important to me. In order to relieve you a little, I offer you free care products in the bathroom, fresh linens, as well as a box of sparkling wine. Guest access The entire apartment 311 is at your disposal. There is an underground parking space plus bicycle parking space. Shared washing machine and dryer (extra charge) in the basement. Other things to note Since Bad Kreuznach is a health resort, a tourist tax of €3.50 per day and per person (over 18 years) must be paid in cash on site. This tax is incurred in addition and must be collected from each accommodation. As a landlord, I therefore have no influence on the tax and only pass it on to the city in trust. In return, the spa town of Bad Kreuznach provides a guest and bonus card and hereby grants many offers, discounts and preferential prices at restaurants, retail and leisure facilities (e.g. free use of local transport).
