Farm house Grönängen

Rural accommodation in farmhouse. Apartment with 1 room and kitchen, for 1-2 people. The space The house is located about 8 km from Sundsvall city center. This is a former farmhouse with various farm buildings in the yard. 2.5 km from grocery store. 9-12 km from various ski slopes. Adjacent (combined) rooms are an old bakery cabin that could possibly be rented with baking bread in the old way, possibly pizza baking can happen. However, this assumes that it is not too cold and that I (the host) have time. During the summer, the farm can offer a boat trip to Åstön (2.5 hours distance) for onboard island stays. However, this assumes that I have time and that the weather is ok. Cost by appointment on site. The boat is a sailboat with an indoor table motor and 6 berths. Guest access Access to summer porch. Other things to note The cottage is located about 1.5 km from the beginning of Sankt Olofsleden. At the center there is all information about the trail as well as a cafe/restaurant.
