Lütt Hus on the Osterdeich / North Beach!

Lütt Hus on the dike - As the name implies - it is small and beautiful! Perfectly equipped, provided with individuality. The Wadden Sea, Fuhlenhörn swimming area, farms, a unique landscape, the right place for deep relaxation and recreation. We live next door - but not always and look forward to nice guests. For our guests we are always available by phone, email or WhatsApp. Our cleaning lady makes sure that everything shines and will make up the beds on request. The space Our little cottage is protected under old apple and plum trees in the middle of a old Frisian interior. Around a farmer's garden, the North Sea with endless dikes, horses and sheep in the pasture, flowering rapeseed fields, dust wind, sparkling blue skies, lush meadows and windy fields . The UNESCO World Heritage Wadden Sea is 650m away. Norddeutscher can't do it! From April to the end of October you can book our cottage. The hut Hus is built of thick wooden planks, small , fine and super cozy. It has its own entrance , parking space on the dike and a wind-protected sun terrace overlooking the garden. Here you can enjoy Nordic maritime flair, watch clouds, soak up the sun, breathe great air and just relax perfectly. Those who want to escape the charms in everyday life are in good hands here - pure relaxation! Would you like to exchange comfort for idyll? Our Lütt Hus is about 14 m2. We have a cozy sofa / bed 0.80 x 2.00 m for you, which can also be pulled out to 1.60 x 2.00 m in the evening with a few steps, with high-quality mattresses , two beautiful wicker chairs with a table, a shelf , storage space in the bed drawers + in the upper closet. A small kitchen equipped with everything you need : fridge, cooking facilities, nice dishes, cutlery and pots, kettles, toaster, French press, etc. In the Lütt Hus kitchen there is a water connection with cold water. Hot water makes the kettle completely fixed. There is also a small sink available, too. It is washed inside the kitchen or in the sink outside . Ecological dish soap is there, so we protect nature. We also have an outdoor kitchen with outlet connection for the portable induction hot plate and for outdoor washing with birds chirping. The bathroom is simple - a small hand basin, WC and three shelves for your utensils. On the side of the house is the shower with a boiler for hot and cold water . You will bring a cozy bathrobe with you, because you go over the terrace into the shower. You will receive the key personally from us on site or we will leave it in a key box for you. Large suitcases can't be stored in Lütt Hus - it's best to travel with smaller bags. It's a real summer cottage , but we have an electric heater and a heater when it's a bit cooler and of course a great hot water bottle and wool blankets. We live next door, but not always. The Lütt Hus is separate in the back of the garden. We are also sometimes there to mow the lawn or do something in the shed. However, we will not disturb you - at most invite you to coffee! For your car, a private marked parking space is available on the Osterdeich. The entrance to Lütt Hus is via the garden - between Osterdeich 116 and Osterdeich 118. If you would like a shorter stay, send us a request - everything is possible! Guest access The whole Lütt Hus is available to you with the terrace. You can also sit in the garden. Two sun loungers, a wooden garden lounger with comfortable cushion, pillows and an umbrella are reserved for you. Other things to note On the farm next door there are horses, turkeys, chickens, sometimes geese or sheep. The background noise is therefore rural. Wi-Fi is available. Bed linens, sheets as well as shower towels and towels, bath mat and dish towels you can bring yourself. Bed sheet dimensions: 2 x 0.80 m x 2.00 m or 1.60 m x 2.00 m Bed linen can also be booked through us for € 15.00 per guest. The bed will then be ready upon your arrival and the vacation can begin immediately. Towel set consisting of towels, guest towels, bath mat, dish towel per set €10.00. Pillows, duvets, shower gel, shampoo and toilet paper are provided. Also disinfectants and cleaning supplies. In the kitchen, a selection of spices, oil, tea and sugar is available for you. Dishwashing detergent, paper towels and toilet paper are available for the first days of your vacation. The spa tax for Nordstrand is from June 1 - September 30 €2.20 per guest, per night and from October 1 - May 31, €1.00 per guest, per night. Children up to the age of 18 and severely disabled persons from 100% are exempt from the spa tax. Severely disabled people with ID from 50% pay half. We are very much looking forward to your arrival!
