Villa Aloâna is located in a residential area, on the edge of the forest; it is perfect for a relaxing vacation for families or couples. The space Villa Aloâna is a fully air-conditioned 160 m² property nestled on the edge of the forest in a residential area between Rognac and Velaux. Not too far, not too close: 25–30 minutes from Marseille, Aix-en-Provence, and the beaches of the Côte Bleue. Time is slowing down here. In the morning, you can enjoy coffee on the large terrace. During the day, you can enjoy the swimming pool, the 1,000 m² enclosed garden, and the pétanque court. In the evening, the barbecue is fired up, the table is set outside, and the song of the cicadas accompanies every moment. The villa accommodates up to 6 people, with three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen—designed to make you feel truly at home. You will have access to the ground floor: -A fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hobs, bean coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, etc.), -Alarge bright living room with flat screen, -Abathroom with large Italian shower and toilet, -Onebedroom with 1 bed 180*200cm, Upstairs: - two bedrooms (1 with 1 bed 140*190cm and 1 with 1 bed 160*200cm) - bathroom with bathtub and toilet - a space with a TV The 1,000 m² enclosed garden is a real playground for the whole family. Shaded terrace, dining area, garden furniture, barbecue—everything is there to ensure you have nothing to do but enjoy yourself. Opened in 2025, the 8 × 4 m (1.5 m deep) swimming pool is the beating heart of Villa Aloâna in summer. Secured in accordance with NF P90-308 standards with an electric roller shutter, it is surrounded by deckchairs and an umbrella, ready for your afternoons of Provençal dolce vita.
